We're closing the loop on our packaging, one step at a time, starting with our SUP.Tails!
Our three litre pouches have a long-life and are able to be re-used time and time again. Each time we supply a new pouch, we'll get it back (at our cost) so it can be cleaned and sterilised ready for its new adventure.
Our single serve pouches made from aluminium with a plastic coating are also re-usable time and time again. We've popped some ideas above on how you can re-use your pouches but if you don't need them any more we ask kindly that you send them back to us. Once collected, we can deep clean the pouches and re-use them, and for any caps or pouches that we decide we cannot reuse, we collect and send to a third-party where the pouches and caps will undergo extrusion and pelletisation to be moulded into various recycled plastic products. 🙂

SINGLE SERVE INSTRUCTIONS
As we wait for our FREEPOST to become approved, we're asking all customers to send their pouches back to:
Mindful Mixology, Unit 2 Park Farm, NR11 6RQ.
Each empty pouch weighs 5g, meaning you can send it back for the price of a regular stamp.
Simply follow these steps:
- Rinse your pouches and pop them in a sealed envelope (up to 6 pouches at a time).
- Send the envelope to Mindful Mixology, Unit 2 Park Farm, NR11 4SG.
- Pop in your name and contact details so we can refund you the price of a stamp
We will offer a refund of 85p for each envelope we receive back with a minimum of three pouches.
Zero-Waste 3 Litre Pouches
These pouches can be recycled but we ask that you PLEASE do not throw them away. They can be used time and time again, meaning you can happily say that you sell Zero-Waste cocktails! How cool is that?As an extra nudge to get your staff to recycle these, we are offering £1 off your next order for each pouch that is re-used. A great way for you to upsell your cocktails? The person who sells the final cocktail in the pouch gets the £1! It doesn't seem like much, but trust us- it works!
A final note...
We've mentioned to our supporters that we are keen to reduce our carbon-footprint as a company, and as such, we're experimenting! Any feedback you have on our recycling scheme, the pouches or anything in general, will be greatly appreciated. We're a small team determined to make a big difference 🙂
