Aperol, London dry gin and a delicious ruby red vermouth from the Sussex hills, blended with smokey orange bitters. The combination is a delicious Negroni for all seasons. Super easy to serve.
Shhh guess what? We wanted to make our Negroni with Aperol rather than Campari as we are 100% vegan-friendly. The result is a Negroni very similar in flavour to the classic, but ever-so slightly less bitter and we think even more delicious.
Can also be enjoyed as a spritz if you fancy a grown up cocktail.
To serve:
Simply pour over ice and garnish with a slice of orange.
For extra theatre serve with one single large ice ball or cube and flame a strip of orange zest over the drink. Delicious!
19.9% ABV
All of our cocktails are vegan-friendly and have a shelf-life of at least 3 months in ambient temperatures. Once opened, best kept refrigerated and use within one month.
For a lower ABV serve:
Serve in large wine glass over cubed ice, and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Our labels were designed in collaboration with our good friend and Brighton artist @MCCashBack, and feature a range of iconic artists from the music industry.
With each sale we support the Music Venues Trust and the WWF.
Our packaging is plastic-free, from the box to the bottle cap and everything in between. Even our labels from the Green Label company are fully compostable. Please re-use our bottles if you can, or recycle at home along with the cap.
